Deliquent Tax Certificate Sale Training Seminar. The St. Johns County Tax Collector’s Office is sponsoring a Delinquent Tax Certificate Seminar to be held Wednesday May 7th, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the St. Johns County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View St. Augustine, Florida. This seminar will explain the procedures for participating in the LIVE tax certificate sale. This seminar is very educational and is highly recommended for anyone who would like to participate in the sale. Tax collector staff will be available to answer your questions.
