Driver Education Classes
The St. Johns County Tax Collector in cooperation with the St. Johns County School Board will be providing Driver Education Classes at all St. Johns County public High Schools during the 2013/2014 school year. See Class Schedule.
- The curriculum has been designed to assist students in obtaining their Learner License, and also includes information about the safe operation of a motor vehicle.
- The classes are free.
- Classes are held at public High Schools for enrolled students.
- Classes will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on each of the scheduled dates.
Please visit the calendar for the schedule of dates offered at your High School. - Maximum of 50 students per class. Enrollment is on a first come first served basis.
Requirements: Students wishing to attend must be at least 14½ years old at the beginning of the class. Prospective students will be required to submit the following information. Please email to rmcintyre@sjctax.us:

A confirmation email will be sent to all registrants unless the class is full.
If the class you have chosen is no longer available, we will notify you so that you will have the opportunity to sign up for another date.
