Child Passenger Safety Technicians
Safe Kids USA. The National Child Passenger Safety Certification Training Program certifies individuals as child passenger safety technicians and instructors. Tens of thousands of individuals have been certified since the program began in 1997. CPS technicians and instructors put their knowledge to work through a variety of activities, including child safety seat checks where parents and caregivers receive education and hands-on assistance with the proper use of child restraint systems and safety belts. ->

Teen Driver Resources
USAA Educational Foundation, Keeping Every Youth Safe (K.E.Y.S.) If your teen is getting ready to drive, or is already driving, you can help to protect your teen's safety by participating in the K.E.Y.S. (Keeping Every Youth Safe) program. It was developed to help families communicate the importance of safe-driving behaviors with their teenage drivers. ->
New Driver Issues

The mission of the Driving Licensing Division is to: Provide support for the States in efforts to enact new and improve existing graduated driver licensing laws, modernization and standardization of these laws and ordinances pertaining to the licensing of young novice drivers: Assist in the development of appropriate training materials and procedures to reduce risk taking and improve safety decision making for these drivers; Develop standards for driver education instructors and a standardized driver education curriculum. ->
