The St. Johns County Tax Collector's Office is sponsoring a
Delinquent Tax Certificate Seminar  on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, 7:00 p.m.
St. Johns County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, Florida

This seminar will explain the procedures for participating in the LIVE tax certificate sale. This seminar is very educational and is highly recommended for anyone who would like to participate in the sale.
Tax Collector staff will be available to answer your questions.

The 2018 Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale will be held at the St. Johns County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, Florida. Sale will commence on Thursday May 31 at 9 a.m. and will continue daily until all certificates are sold. The listing of parcels offered will be distributed in The St. Augustine Record on May 9, 16, and 23, and can be viewed at in its entirety. As a courtesy, an Updated Advertisement List has been made available and provides Advertisement Number, Parcel Number and Face Amount only. It will be updated periodically throughout the month of May.

Important Note About Where You Renew Your Registration or Driver License Online. Concealed Weapon Licenses – Local residents can apply for their statewide concealed weapon license at the office of Tax Collector, 4030 Lewis Speedway, St Augustine location only. Applications are processed until 4:30 p.m. For more information, please click here.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check and ALL major credit cards.

Receive Your Property Tax Notice by Email. Choosing this option is a convenient and cost saving alternative for taxpayers. Tax notices will be emailed to you on the same date that traditional bills are mailed via USPS. If you would like to sign-up for our e-bill program, visit our online Tax Payment site (choose any of the search options to locate your property and click "register for ebilling"). Driver License Transactions cannot be processed at any of the Tax Collector locations other than the Main Office after 4:45pm.
