The St. Johns County Tax Collector’s Office is sponsoring
a Delinquent Tax Certificate Seminar to be held
Wednesday May 7, 2014 at 7:00 pm
in the St. Johns County Auditorium at
500 San Sebastian View St. Augustine, Florida.
This seminar will explain the procedures for participating in the LIVE tax certificate sale.
This seminar is very educational and is highly recommended for anyone who would like to
participate in the sale. Tax collector staff will be available to answer your questions.
The Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale will commence on
Wednesday May 28, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
and will continue daily until all certificates are sold.
Parcel List: The listing of parcels offered will be distributed in The St. Augustine Record
May 6, 13, and 20, and can be viewed on our website or www.staugustine.com

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: The St. Johns County Tax Collector’s Office is pleased to announce that Certificate Holders are now able to do online research, generate certificate lists, create a portfolio and file tax deed applications on eligible certificates. We are proud to offer this convenience to our certificate holders to manage their tax certificates online at www.sri-tda.com with SRI Inc.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, check and ALL major credit cards.
Receive Your Property Tax Notice by Email. St Johns County Tax Collector, Dennis W. Hollingsworth is pleased to announce that you can now receive your property tax notice by email. Choosing this option is a convenient and cost saving alternative for taxpayers. Tax notices will be emailed to you on the same date that traditional bills are mailed using the United States Postal Service. If you would like to participate in our e-bill program, please see the instructions about how to complete the online form on our online Tax Payment site (Choose any of the search options, locate your property via search and click "register for ebilling") If you have any questions, please contact our office at (904) 209-2250 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Driver License Transactions cannot be processed at any of the Tax Collector locations other than the Main Office after 4:45pm.
